The 2024 Swinburne University Open Day was a fantastic event, filled with excitement, learning, and inspiring moments.
Among the highlights were the insightful panels and interactive booths that provided a glimpse into the academic and professional journeys awaiting future Swinburne graduates.
Women in Business Technology Panel
Sophie and Nina both were guests on various panel discussions, including the Women in Business Technology panel discussion, which highlighted the incredible achievements of Swinburne alumni in the tech industry and provided valuable insights and encouragement to aspiring female technologists.
Providing industry context and expertise
The Fenwick team also participated in the Bachelor of Business Information Technology (BBIT) and Bachelor of Accounting Business Information Technology (BABIT) course information session, where prospective students learned about the unique blend of business and technology that these courses offer.
One of the highlights of our booth were the Fenwick Footy’s, which were an absolute hit and could be seen being kicked around campus. The high school students loved them, adding a fun and interactive element to the day. A shoutout to Meagan and Youking for helping run the booth. Their enthusiasm and dedication were evident as they interacted with a steady stream of visitors, answering questions, and providing information about the courses and future opportunities at Fenwick.

Overall, the Swinburne University Open Day was a great success! It was wonderful to see so many enthusiastic young people eager to learn and explore their future possibilities.
