After many years of successfully recruiting graduates, mainly through the Swinburne Bachelor of Information Technology (BIT) Program, in 2016 Fenwick Software has embarked on a more extensive induction program to expand our NAV consulting team.
Our Induction Program commences on 22nd February, and will see five new starters at Fenwick Software over a three-month period. This will strengthen our NAV team to twenty-three consultants.

The tailored program covers a wide range of training areas to bring our inductees up to speed in both Dynamics NAV and a broader set of consulting skills. Sessions planned for the program include:

Our expectation is that by combining these structured training sessions with site visits, and supervised engagement in client projects, within six months we will have five new members of the Fenwick team who can deliver the quality service and advice that you expect from our consulting staff. More people who care to deliver systems that work!
This rapid expansion of our consulting team will allow us to provide you with further resourcing for your projects, and further redundancy to the embedded knowledge of your business processes. We look forward to introducing you to the new members of our team in the first half of 2016.
