Automate Cash Flow Reporting

The Cash Flow Statement app automates the traditionally manual process of generating cash flow statements, saving time while enabling advanced reporting. It allows Cash Flow entries to be used with Account Schedules and Budgets for deeper financial insights, making it easier for you to track and forecast cash flow.

Align Cash Flow with your G/L Accounts

Users can define a Cash Flow Chart of Accounts structure within Business Central, aligning it with their company’s reporting framework. These accounts are directly linked to G/L Accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial reporting. This setup also enables cash flow budgeting based on the assigned cash flow categories.

Generate Categorised Cash Flow Statements

At the end of each reporting period, our Cash Flow Statement app processes bank account entries, identifying their related expense or income accounts based on the applied source transactions, whether from sales, purchases, or general journal transactions. This allows your business to generate retrospective cash flow reports, ensuring a clear record of past cash movements. The final statement aligns with your company’s reporting structure, sorting transactions into Operating, Investing, and Financing activities.
