The Item Sales Report can be configured to load data based on either a Start/End Date or a Relative Date. The four fields listed below are used in combination to configure either setting.
These settings help improve performance of your Business Central system and reduce Power BI load times by only loading the data you intend to analyse.
Setting Item Sales Report Load Data Type to Relative Date will allow you to apply custom date formulas using Business Centrals date formula syntax. See this resource for me details Entering dates and times in Business Central – Business Central | Microsoft Learn.
